Bigos Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in top condition. The role works with the Property Manager to ensure units are rent-ready and common areas meet standards.
You will maintain building systems, coordinate with engineers and vendors, and participate in required trainings. A valid driver's license and the ability to work on-site in St. Paul are essential.
