Build Something Bigger — And Change Lives, Including Your Own
. In 1935, Louise Whitbeck Fraser opened a school in her home for people with disabilities — defying social expectations and choosing compassion over convention. She believed everyone deserves the chance to reach their potential and thrive. Today, that same bold spirit is alive in every Fraser service. We’re still building something bigger — a more inclusive, connected world where everyone belongs.

At Fraser, you’ll find more than a job. You’ll find purpose. You’ll find growth. And you’ll find a place where your work changes lives — including your own.

Join a Growing Team at Fraser! Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, functional, and running smoothly? Fraser is expanding our Facilities team and adding additional Maintenance Technicians to support our growing organization. If you enjoy a variety of work, have strong troubleshooting skills, and want your efforts to make a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to meet you!

What

You'll do

In this role, you will support the maintenance of Fraser’s residential and commercial facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe, functional, and professional environment. You will identify, assess, and resolve a variety of maintenance issues, ranging from general upkeep to more advanced repairs and troubleshooting.

  • Partner with the Facilities Manager on a regular basis to communicate new and ongoing maintenance or janitorial needs across all Fraser properties.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues in a timely manner, assess needs, and execute or coordinate appropriate repairs.
  • Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems, including boilers, water heaters, air handlers, and fire/life safety systems.
  • Support exterior property upkeep, including lawn care and snow/ice removal to ensure safe conditions.
  • Assist with annual inspections and complete necessary repairs; ensure all inspections and safety documentation are accurate and completed on time.
  • Complete assigned long‑term projects, including remodeling and general construction work.
  • Take on special projects and more complex maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Serve as a lead resource within the team when applicable, providing guidance and support.
  • Cross‑train and provide backup support across the department; assist with mentoring and training team members as needed.

Variety Every Day – No two days are the same. From troubleshooting equipment to participating in facility improvement projects, you'll have the opportunity to build and use a broad range of skills.

Be Part of Our Growth – Fraser continues to expand, and our Facilities team is growing with us. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where your contributions have visible impact.

Work That Matters – Behind every well‑maintained building is a team helping individuals and families access life‑changing services. Your work directly supports Fraser's mission.
