REI Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sr. Bike and Ski Shop Mechanic to assemble REI equipment daily and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right gear and ensure fittings and repairs meet industry standards.
You will mentor teammates, train staff, and uphold a safe, clean work environment while supporting store goals. 1–2 years bike/ski shop experience preferred; flexible schedule required.
