Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

JDK Management Company is seeking a dependable Janitor to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for our corporate offices and supporting spaces. In this onsite role, you will perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection. You will restock supplies, support basic maintenance needs, and report repair issues promptly. Working within a family-oriented, service-focused culture, you'll support multiple teams and offices, uphold high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a professional environment that reflects our values of integrity, accountability, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling and manage waste disposal areas
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and report repair needs
• Ensure cleanliness and order in entryways, hallways, and meeting rooms
• Follow safety, handling, and cleaning protocols for chemicals and equipment
• Support event or meeting setup and teardown as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to prioritize daily tasks
