HRforGrowth seeks a Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift) in Bloomsburg, PA to lead a team of four Maintenance Technicians and ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and uphold EHS performance and compliance standards that directly impact productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
This role follows a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, operating on a 2-3-2 rotating schedule over a two-week cycle with overtime for weeks over 40 hours and premium pay for under 36 hours.
