We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who is hands‑on, reliable, and takes pride in keeping our property safe, functional, and guest‑ready in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

• Conduct walk-throughs and visually assess the safe and efficient maintenance and operation of the hotel.
• Practice safety standards at all times, stay alert to hazardous conditions, and report or correct them immediately.
• Ensure completion of all routine maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, back‑of‑house areas, and grounds.
• Maintain and repair doors, furniture, hardware, and windows; hang artwork and headboards, etc.
• Climb ladders, stoop, push or pull heavy furniture, and grasp hand tools as needed.
• Check and add chemicals to the pool.
• Keep the grounds clean and well maintained.
• Perform other general janitorial and maintenance duties in and around the hotel.
• Respond in a courteous manner to guest questions, complaints, and/or requests.
• Assist other departments as necessary and assigned.

• Take initiative and look for ways to improve the property and your daily work.
• Put the team first, stay open to feedback, and lead with respect.
• Communicate thoughtfully and use good judgment when prioritizing tasks and repairs.

• Extensive standing without breaks, bending, reaching, and walking (length of shift).
• Exposure to smoke, odors, chemicals, and other environmental conditions.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally lifting to 100 pounds.
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience is preferred.
• Driver’s License with clean driving record.
