Lead Janitorial Cleaner; Evenings

NSG, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Cleaner to join our commercial janitorial team at a professional office facility in the Blue Ash area

• Monday – Friday
• 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• 30 Hours Per Week

• Starting Pay: $17-18 per hour
• Weekly Pay – Every Friday
• Opportunities for advancement with a growing company

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work the required evening schedule

As a Lead Cleaner, you'll help ensure our client facility remains clean, sanitary, and presentable while supporting the on‑site supervisor and team.

Responsibilities include:

• Dusting offices and common areas
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and notifying management when replenishment is needed
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns observed during your shift
• Assisting the supervisor with daily operations and helping ensure quality cleaning standards are met
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude

We're looking for someone who:

• Is dependable with excellent attendance
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Can interact professionally with clients, visitors, and coworkers
• Takes pride in producing quality work with attention to detail
• Can work independently with minimal supervision

Previous commercial cleaning or lead experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive cleaning motions
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift
