Our customer offers security officer and supervisory opportunities in a professional environment focused on customer service, safety, and security operations.

Job Requirements Include:

• 3+ years' experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar accounting role.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.

• Experience managing high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Job

Responsibilities Include:

• Process payroll for a large hourly workforce across multiple client sites.

• Manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices and bill payments.

• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.

• Review payroll, billing, and accounting data for accuracy.

• Maintain employee, client, and vendor records.

Job Details Include:

• This opportunity is Temp-to-hire.

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday

• Hours:
  
  8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• $23 - $25 an hour
