Mid Sized, Family Owned Company Seeks Experienced Superintendent, Above Market Base Salary + Bonuses

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
