- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project goals, objectives, and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and proactively address any financial variances.
- Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance.

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing a diverse range of commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
