Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage on‑site construction activities from pre‑construction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and field teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings.
- OSHA 30‑hour certification preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
