As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project delivery from preconstruction through completion. This role partners closely with Senior Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure safe, efficient, and successful project outcomes. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in project coordination, scheduling, cost control, and team communication.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Support procurement and tracking of materials and equipment
- Help manage subcontractors and monitor on‑site progress
- Maintain accurate project documentation and logs
- Support cost tracking, submittals, RFIs, and change management
- Communicate updates to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Promote safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle
- 1–4 years construction experience (commercial preferred)
- Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Plan Grid) a plus
- Problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn
