Parker Beth Search Partners is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation across healthcare, commercial, industrial, and specialty construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with approximately five years of experience supporting commercial construction projects for a general contractor. The ideal candidate understands the fundamentals of construction administration, including CSI Division Codes, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), submittals, RFIs, and project documentation, and can help keep multiple projects organized from startup through closeout.

• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of commercial construction projects
• Process and track submittals, RFIs, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), permits, and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and project communication
• Maintain organized project files and assist with project closeout documentation
• Monitor project deadlines and help ensure documentation is submitted accurately and on time
• Support multiple active commercial construction projects simultaneously

• Healthcare renovations and facility upgrades
• Commercial tenant improvement projects
• Industrial and manufacturing facilities
• Food manufacturing and cold storage projects
• Specialty commercial construction projects

• Base salary of $50K–$60K DOE
• Biannual profit-sharing bonus based on company-wide performance
• $500/month car allowance + $75/month phone stipend
• 4 weeks PTO + paid holidays

• Approximately 5 years of Project Coordinator or Construction Administrator experience with a commercial general contractor
• Working knowledge of CSI Division Codes
• Experience managing COIs, submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to support multiple active commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  Bluebeam experience is a plus
• Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Blue Island, IL
