Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Associate Project Manager role based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Associate Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, coordinate with teams to ensure project milestones are met, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities also include managing project timelines, expediting processes, ensuring compliance during inspections, and optimizing logistics to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities- Experience with Expediting and Project Management, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Partner closely with R&D to translate client expectations into commercially viable solutions, balancing technical feasibility, business priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Own and govern project timelines, proactively identifying risks, mitigating concerns, and ensuring seamless launch readiness.
- Skills in Expeditor roles and managing Logistics to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee critical project documentation to support product launches and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience, preferred in personal or health care setting.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or personal care product industries is a plus.
