SF Job Req  Machine Operators Level I & II (1st Shift)

1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

2nd Shift

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

Pay Range: $23.89-$27.51 per hour plus $1.35 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift and $1,500 sign‑on bonus after 90 days.

We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator who is disciplined, creative, and an excellent problem solver. A successful candidate can read blueprints, maintain tight tolerances, and has a strong mechanical aptitude. The role thrives in a lean manufacturing environment.

• Follow standard work: machine set up, running parts, and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect, deburr, and perform manual operations; operate other equipment, including selecting and presetting tools for the next scheduled job.
• Update and maintain all visual controls; create and support countermeasures; keep environment clean and safe.
• Participate and engage in SMED, Kaizen events, and 5‑Whys problem‑solving exercises.
• Resolve and report equipment abnormalities.
• Follow company safety procedures and standards to ensure individual and collective safety, and report unsafe practices.

• At least 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.
