Compensation: from USD 36 per hour

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents following guidelines from Senior Lifestyle Corporation.
• Administer medication to residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
• Facilitate admissions of new residents, including all admission assessments and documentation.
• Complete acute and long‑term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds or infection control as directed by the director.
• Provide general consultation regarding health‑related concerns within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or family members of any changes in resident’s health and provide proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
• Manage discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license current in the state of practice.
• CPR certified.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in senior care or related field.
• Training from an accredited nursing or vocational nursing program.
• General nursing area of study.
• Acceptable proficiency in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations calmly.
