Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living (Part‑Time 12hr Shifts)

Part‑time position at Prairie Green at Fays Point. Compensation starts at $36 per hour, Pay Rate: $36.00.

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents following Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• Administer medication for residents in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Assist with admissions of new residents, completing admission assessments and documentation.
• Complete acute and long‑term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical systems such as wounds or infection control under the director’s direction.
• Offer general health consultation within the community.
• Notify physicians/family members of changes in resident health and provide documentation.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
• May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• General nursing area of study.
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Licensed Practical Nurse’s License current in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Proficient in English for job duties, communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations calmly and professionally.
