Position: Business Development - (Turkish or Russian Preferred)

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will support business growth by engaging customers, generating leads, and providing product information with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions based on customer needs. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, including cold calling
  • Analyze sales and customer data using internal systems (e.g., Tableau)
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain positive relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • Proven sales or customer service experience (1–3 years preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Repsly or similar preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, order entry)
  • Bilingual (Ryssian/Turkish) preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full‑time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
  • In‑office position
  • Must be able to commute or relocate to the local office
