Guardian Security Services is aggressively seeking a qualified Business Development Representative to serve the entire Chicagoland region. The primary responsibility of this position is to establish and cultivate new business relationships while driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will promote comprehensive security solutions to key decision makers across various industry sectors, including but not limited to residential, manufacturing, distribution, technology, and higher education.
Consistently exceeding annual sales targets will contribute to enhanced safety for businesses and communities, as well as generate career advancement opportunities for security professionals. This position has a starting salary at $60K based on experience, plus a very generous commission package!!

Location:Based out of our corporate office in Blue Island, IL.
What You’ll Do (Outside Sales / New Business Development)- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across diverse industries
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and present customized solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay sharp on industry trends and market insights to uncover new opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while contributing to company growth
- Proven success in
outside B2B sales
(service or solutions-based preferred) - Strong hunter mindset with consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Skilled at building networks and leveraging relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Starting Salary at $60,000 / year + generous commission package
