Blue Island Recycling, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Welder/Mechanic to join our second shift maintenance team. This hands-on role is primarily responsible for welding, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of our large industrial hammer mill and automobile shredder.
The Industrial Welder/Mechanic will perform heavy welding and fabrication repairs, complete mechanical and hydraulic repairs, troubleshoot equipment problems, and respond to breakdowns.
