Blue Island Recycling, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Welder/Mechanic for our second shift maintenance team. This hands-on role focuses on welding, fabrication, maintenance, and repair of our hammer mill and automobile shredder.
The ideal candidate will perform heavy welding, inspect equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues, and respond to breakdowns. Fluency in Spanish is required for on-site coordination with a Spanish-speaking coworker.
