Rental Yard Attendant

• Preparing equipment:
  Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment:
  Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store: helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning: helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal.
• Assist with composing rental agreements.
• Additional general labor as assigned.

• Positive outlook and excellent communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds; or 20-50 pounds; or 10-20 pounds continuously.
• Exposed to outside elements.
• One year general labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
