ROLE OVERVIEW

The Warehouse Service Department is looking for individuals to help work in our Warehouse, Bullfrog's service team is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for individuals to help keep up with demand, individuals that are highly motivated and ready to learn a new trade.

Experience with power, circuit boards, plumbing, and any other hot tub related skills preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operate a forklift

* Follow written instructions

* Operation of general hand tools

* Clean interior and exterior of spas and install aftermarket accessories

* All spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality

* Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell

* Pull and load show spas and POS material

* Assist service and delivery team when needed

* Assist Sales team when needed

* Spa repair both major and minor

* Rework the spas, fix any problems such as changing out parts, motors, heaters, lights, etc. and fixing leaks. Making sure the repairs are held to the current standards

* General housekeeping

* Data entry

* Work well with other team members

* All other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information

* Ability to read service manuals

* Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers

* Must be able to lift 50lbs

* Able to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complications

* Pass a forklift operations program

BONUS SKILLS WE PREFER

* Experience in Pools and Spa repairs

* Experience in Electrical

* Mechanically inclined

* Valid drivers with a clean driving record

* Ability to work in hot temperatures
