Job Summary

This individual should have strong industry knowledge of best practices and installation standards consistent with manufacturers' specifications.

Job Duties
- Responsible that all structured cabling installations projects are delivered on‑budget, on‑time, and safely.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of all assigned projects and communicate with management in advance about staffing requirements.
- Coordinate and approve equipment and product purchasing.
- Schedule, manage, and coordinate available labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, weather, technical expertise, diverse cultures, and the calendar. Perform site visits during the pre‑planning phase.
- Engage in effective communication with Sales, Clients, Installation Teams, and Management; conduct regular team meetings.
- Travel will be required, sometimes with little advance notice.
- Document every aspect of the project’s progress, including change orders, logistics, and events.
- Pre‑commissioning testing and quality control.
- Manage subordinate timecards.
- Client training.
- Obtain final sign‑offs at project completion.
USD $95,000.00 per year. USD $ per year maximum.
Job Experience | Qualifications | Requirements- 2 to 5+ years of proven commercial audiovisual installation project management experience – pre‑planning to closeout
- Financial, budgeting, and scheduling background
- Info Comm CTS preferred
- PMP certification valued
- Experience with construction process
- Highly effective at meeting deadlines and comfortable making decisions and initiating action
