At Puro Clean of Bluffdale, we are a high‑performing, mitigation‑focused full‑service restoration firm serving Northern Utah. We are growing quickly and are looking for a Crew Chief/Lead Restoration Technician to join our team.
Job Position DescriptionWith a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will manage and complete jobs according to The Puro Clean Way. You should strive to meet all customer needs in a kind and sympathetic way, exceed customer expectations, and provide a world‑class level of service. Your responsibilities will include participating in an on‑call rotation, responding to emergency service calls, setting up and establishing efficient job flow, coordinating job requirements, completing job documentation, performing and supervising production work, monitoring assigned jobs from start to finish, and following all safety procedures on the job site.
You will also perform sales activities using our Customer Service Packet, communicate and establish relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers, and maintain production costs at the established rate.
- Manage customer satisfaction and professionally represent the brand
- Effectively perform all aspects of the mitigation production process
- Continue to develop your production skills and expertise
- Maintain regular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
- Follow all uniform and policy guidelines
- Always leave jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
- Coach and train entry‑level technicians
- Ensure clear communication with office staff, leaders and fellow technicians
- Willingness for continued learning and growth, ability to lead and coach teammates
- Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
- Proficiency with record keeping using smart technologies
- Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
- Strong multitasking and organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfort staying on your feet for prolonged periods of time
- 1–2 years of mitigation experience
- IICRC WRT certification
