First Service Residential in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Maintenance Tech responsible for grounds, property, and building upkeep for the association. This role includes preventive maintenance, landscaping, equipment operation, on-call for emergencies, and coordination with the property manager.
Candidates should have at least 2 years in maintenance, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry trades, and proficiency with MS Outlook/Word/Excel.
