We are seeking an exceptionally dependable, detail-oriented Home Care & Cleaning Assistant who takes genuine pride in maintaining homes to an outstanding standard.

This position is ideal for someone who does not simply work from a checklist. We are looking for a person who notices what needs attention and takes the initiative to address it.
If you see it, you handle it. The right candidate understands the difference between completing a cleaning assignment and truly caring for a home.

Extremely detail-oriented with high personal standards

Professional appearance and willingness to maintain a polished, professional presentation while working

Exceptionally punctual, dependable, and accountable

Takes initiative beyond the items specifically listed on a cleaning checklist

Naturally notices dust, fingerprints, corners, baseboards, fixtures, buildup, and other details others may overlook

Comfortable with thorough, physically demanding cleaning

Willing and able to work longer days when a property or project requires it

Works efficiently without sacrificing quality

Able to work independently without constant supervision

Respects clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and confidentiality

Takes ownership of their work and follows through on responsibilities

Maintains a positive, professional attitude even during demanding projects

A demonstrated history of stable, long-term employment is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone interested in developing a dependable, long-term working relationship rather than someone seeking short-term or temporary work.

Reliability matters tremendously in this position. Candidates should be prepared to provide professional references who can speak to their attendance, punctuality, work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position
, not a traditional W-2 employee position.

The individual selected will be responsible for managing their own tax obligations and maintaining any documentation, insurance, licensing, or other requirements applicable to their independent contractor status.
