Perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities;
Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation;
Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including fire alarms and sprinkler systems;
Repair and troubleshooting: troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements;
Collaborate with account manager and project manager to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure quality control
