Entry Level Express Service Technician

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and Multi-Point Inspections on customer vehicles in a timely manner. Duties include oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and other minor repairs. Technicians must be knowledgeable in automotive systems, possess strong communication skills, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a quick lube or dealership setting is preferred.

• Perform Multi-Point Inspections on every vehicle and report additional service recommendations
• Perform oil and filter services
• Tire rotations
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, bulbs, batteries, windshield wipers, and other small items

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Tools not required
• Steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, with eagerness to learn and improve
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Team player with effective collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
