General Maintenance Helper Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Cleaning and turning apartments between tenants
- General maintenance repairs inside housing units
- Fixing broken items within homes
- Basic painting, patching, and touch-up work
- Groundskeeping and property cleanup
- Moving maintenance supplies and materials
- Assisting Maintenance Manager with work orders
General Maintenance Helper
Qualifications:
- Handyman-type experience Preferred
- Maintenance, landscaping, or janitorial background a plus
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Dependable Attendance
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
