General Maintenance Helper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Cleaning and turning apartments between tenants

• General maintenance repairs inside housing units

• Fixing broken items within homes

• Basic painting, patching, and touch-up work

• Groundskeeping and property cleanup

• Moving maintenance supplies and materials

• Assisting Maintenance Manager with work orders

General Maintenance Helper

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Maintenance
• Plumbing Knowledge preferred
• Painting knowledge preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
