The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing light maintenance tasks to ensure the common areas are well‑kept and welcoming for our community members.
Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Conduct light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and upkeep of equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management.
- Assist with special events and setup as needed.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Salary:
Up to $25 DOE

Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with exceptional customer service skills. Previous customer service dispute resolution experience preferred. Strong computer skills including MS Office, TOPS & software a plus. Reliable and flexible individual desired. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. All candidates must pass a Drug Screening and Background Check.
