Schedule: Full‑Time
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
Join Our Team as a Maintenance DirectorBoca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department and ensure a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This key leadership role oversees all building operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee all facility maintenance operations
- Ensure all repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep meet safety and regulatory standards
- Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and warranties
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety, performance, and compliance
- Coordinate renovations, installations, and preventative maintenance projects
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and on‑call needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Availability for on‑call emergencies as needed
