Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department and ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This key leadership role oversees all building operations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance.

• Direct and oversee all facility maintenance operations
• Ensure all repairs, inspections, and equipment upkeep meet safety and regulatory standards
• Supervise, schedule, and assign daily tasks to maintenance staff
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and warranties
• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety, performance, and compliance
• Coordinate renovations, installations, and preventative maintenance projects
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and on-call needs
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (healthcare or skilled nursing setting preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for on-call emergencies as needed
