Perform general maintenance duties such as fixing wall coverings and floor coverings, repairing furniture and fixtures, basic plumbing, minor electrical repairs, repairing appliances;
Assist with painting and refurbishing projects and minor building and equipment repairs;
Conduct routine maintenance on Sunrise vehicles and maintain tools and parts;
Participate in fire drills and the community's disaster preparedness program;
Ensure safety and compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage
