Barry's is the Best Workout in the World™®. Founded in West Hollywood in 1998, it's the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides an immersive, high-intensity, one-hour workout that's as effective as it is fun. Our fitness classes alternate between working out with weights and running on a treadmill. Each day focuses on a different muscle group in order to achieve real results and to prevent injuries.
Our program is designed to tone muscle and maximize fat loss, while spiking the metabolism for up to 48 hours following the class.
Please be aware that smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of Barry's studios and corporate offices.
About the RoleThe Client Facilities Lead is essential to the operation of our studios. They serve as a maintenance leader overseeing all maintenance operations across the studio. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards and support business objectives. With strong time management skills, they will efficiently prioritize urgent maintenance needs. As a key member of the studio leadership team, the Facilities Lead will drive success through keeping equipment and studio clean.
Creating an inviting space for clients, ensuring everything is in operating order, and providing excellent hospitality.

- Ability to work either a full-time or part-time schedule
- Full-time employees:
Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week with minimal restrictions. Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs. - Part-time employees:
Must be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week and minimum of 3-4 hours per available shift depending on state regulations. Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, inclusive of one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) during studio operating hours, aligned with business needs. - Experience in or desire to learn about facilities management and maintenance.
- Exceptional cleaning skills and a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a time-sensitive manner with supervisors, peers, subordinates, and clients.
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Proven dependability and reliability.
- Friendly and personable attitude.
- Prior experience working with hand tools a plus.
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time.
- Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of 30+ pounds.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
