KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Corporate Support) to perform routine maintenance and repair of building systems across multiple properties within a defined region. This non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor and requires vigilance for safety and quality.
Duties include scheduling vendors, maintaining maintenance records, handling emergencies, and performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks as needed.
