The role also covers back-of-house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, with preventive maintenance on major equipment using a Windows-based system.
Ideal candidates will have at least three years in building maintenance, hotel experience preferred, and strong communication skills to coordinate with teams
