Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Technician looking to take ownership of a night shift maintenance team within a growing manufacturing business?
On offer is the opportunity to lead an experienced maintenance department with the autonomy to drive performance, improve equipment reliability, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across a modern manufacturing facility.

Leading the night shift maintenance operation, you will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities, coordinate workloads, support and develop technicians, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimising downtime.
This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, or Senior Maintenance Technician looking to step into a leadership position within a stable and expanding manufacturing environment.
The Role:- Lead and supervise the night shift maintenance team
- Plan, coordinate and prioritise preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Drive equipment reliability and minimise production downtime
- Coach, support and develop maintenance technicians
- Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Maintenance Technician
- Industrial or manufacturing maintenance background
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
