We are expanding and looking for reliable, professional Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our team for ongoing assignments.

What You’ll Do

• Residential and/or commercial cleaning (apartments, homes, specialty units, offices, salons, display areas, showrooms)
• Deep cleans, move‑ins/outs, and recurring maintenance
• Follow detailed checklists and quality standards
• Maintain professionalism in client spaces
• Communicate clearly and reliably with the client and Company Owner
• Respect confidentiality and client privacy at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Professionalism, punctuality, and integrity
• Ability to follow systems and checklists
• Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor

• Smartphone for communication & scheduling
• Cleaning supplies (or willingness to use company‑provided supplies)
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
