This full-time, on-site White Glove Delivery & Installation Specialist role is based in Boca Raton, FL. The specialist is responsible for carefully loading, transporting, and delivering high-end furniture and decor to client homes, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition. Day-to-day tasks include unpacking, assembling, and installing furnishings according to design plans, positioning and adjusting pieces to achieve the desired aesthetic, and removing all packing materials from client spaces.

The role involves inspecting items for damage, documenting any issues, and coordinating with the design and warehouse teams to resolve problems efficiently. The specialist will interact professionally with clients and on-site partners, maintain a clean vehicle and work area, and adhere to safety protocols while meeting scheduling and quality standards.

• Experience with furniture delivery, installation, or related field service work, including safe handling of luxury and delicate items.
• Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail, with the ability to follow interior design plans and placement instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver furniture and decor, and to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching throughout the day.
• Reliable time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries and installations.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with clients, designers, and team members on-site.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service, maintaining a courteous, respectful, and solution-oriented approach in client homes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and comfort operating delivery vehicles in residential and urban areas.
• Basic problem-solving skills, including the ability to address installation challenges, minor assembly issues, and site constraints quickly and safely.
• Previous experience in luxury interiors, home staging, or high-end retail environments is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics, installation, or interior-related fields is a plus.
