• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration, Hotel Management or Gastronomy,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wine service at fine dining restaurants,
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Italian or French.
• Certification for wine education. (WSET; Court of Master Sommelier; etc)
