Job DescriptionAre you passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent to join our team and become the face of our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
- Coordinate special requests and ensure VIP guests receive outstanding service
- Collaborate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Contribute to maintaining high guest satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- Degree or background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving attitude with a guest-first approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with hotel management software such as Opera is a plus
