Duties and Responsibilities- To ensure the uniform provided is kept in good condition, clean, presentable and grooming standards are adhered to showing example for the team and a professional image for our guests.
- To inform Chief Engineer of your presence on duty, signs for any keys or bleeps that may be required prior to commencing your shift.
- To check hotel daily operation report.
- To carry out checks of boiler house.
- To check that all lifts & dumb waiters are in good working order.
- To carry out checks on hotel Air conditioning controllers in tank room.
