The Opportunity:Pool & Spa Maintenance Tech
This isn't a typical hourly job. This is a high-autonomy outdoor service job for people who want to build professional standards, earn based on performance, and operate like a trusted field operator. You manage your own seasonal route and time from approximately March/April through Oct/Nov (weather and demand dependent). There are opportunities for Year‑Round full‑time positions that open up regularly. If you decide you love the work, we work with you to advance in the pool and spa trade.

This role is about execution, focusing on our “Delight” culture standard—a repeatable set of behaviors that make service feel premium and effortless to the customer.
Daily Service Execution- Customer Focus:
Before and after service, introduce yourself and check in with the customer about any specific concerns—it’s the "Personal Touch". - Deep Cleaning:
Perform comprehensive maintenance following our proven process. - Equipment:
Inspect all pool equipment using your training to make sure everything is running right. - Water Science:
Monitoring, testing, and adjusting water chemistry. - Ensure all post‑service and end‑of‑day wrap‑up procedures are completed, including documentation, equipment maintenance, and supervisor check‑in before clocking out.
No skipped steps; full checklist compliance.
Reliable attendance and consistent pace to execute your route on time.
Notes, photos, and time tracking done for every single visit.
We position the pay structure as performance‑based earning, rewarding you for efficiency and quality.
- Seasonal earning potential: $750–$1,000+/week depending on your route volume and performance.
- Plus, you get a share of our end‑of‑season team bonus tied directly to excellent customer reviews and service quality.
- Pool Season is from April to October.
- You are dedicated to leaving the pool area "better than you found it".
- You have the ability to learn detailed service procedures and understand how pool equipment works.
