Your mission as the Onsite Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. YouWill
- Report into the Site Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems; diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
- High School Diploma.
- Prefer an AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
- 1‑3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum, ideally with customer‑facing experience.
- Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and time frames, while working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.
- Self‑directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems and to escalates through the appropriate channels when required.
- Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand the customer’s business.
- Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team members.
- Collaborates and supports team members to deliver company objectives.
- Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety and health obligations are met.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; able to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
- Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
- Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work, e.g., technical drawings.
