Salary: Index 01/D/02 ($17.20/hour) to 01/D/04 ($18.61/hour) depending on verified experience
Effective July 1st, 2026: 01/D/02 ($17.29/hour) to 01/D/04 ($18.70/hour) depending on verified experience
Benefits Information: For positions that qualify, the District offers a benefit package valued at more than $10,000 annually. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERSI) and are provided to Classified employees who work at least half time (20 hours per week) or more and to Certified employees with a 0.50 FTE or greater contract.
Job Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn the schedules, procedures, and use of tools and equipment used in custodial work.
- Ability to follow and give oral and written instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with district personnel, students and the public.
- During student vacation periods, may be assigned to a district crew.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions in fingering and hand/wrist/arm movements and standing for four or more hours at a time. Occasionally related job tasks may require, with or without reasonable accommodation, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, pushing, grasping and reaching.
