Facilities Maintenance Technician II - Hotel Renegade

Geronimo Hospitality Group is a boutique hotel, restaurant, and club group in Boise that values innovation and quality service.

Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 3 PM – 11 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday & Thursday Off

• Focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties.
• Grounds/parking lot clean up.
• Verify all lighting systems are operating properly.
• Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces.
• Perform routine checks/sign-offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights.
• Snow/ice removal as necessary.
• Identify potential safety hazards on a property or group of properties.
• Maintain landscapes/hardscapes within the property(s).
• Support other Maintenance Technicians when necessary.
• Keep the shop/working areas clean and organized.
• Take on work orders from tenants within a property or group of properties.
• Deal directly with tenants on building issues or issues within their leased space(s).
• Communicate issues with their respective manager.
• Follow direction from manager on daily tasks and initiatives.
• Maintain general maintenance and orderliness of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.
• Maintain inventory/organization of commonly used parts and equipment.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for tenant needs and emergencies, including after‑hour calls.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and management.
• Hold and maintain a relevant certification or license in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields.
• U.S. work authorization (required).
• Preferred:
  Degree from a two‑ or four‑year college or university.
• Preferred:
  Experience with Yardi or equivalent software.
