About this Position
Geronimo Hospitality Group is a boutique hotel, restaurant, and club group in Boise that values innovation and quality service.
ScheduleMonday, Tuesday, Friday: 3 PM – 11 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 6:30 PM
Sunday: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday & Thursday Off
- Focus on aesthetics of a property or group of properties.
- Grounds/parking lot clean up.
- Verify all lighting systems are operating properly.
- Attention to detail on cleanliness of entrances of tenant suites/spaces.
- Perform routine checks/sign-offs of fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights.
- Snow/ice removal as necessary.
- Identify potential safety hazards on a property or group of properties.
- Maintain landscapes/hardscapes within the property(s).
- Support other Maintenance Technicians when necessary.
- Keep the shop/working areas clean and organized.
- Take on work orders from tenants within a property or group of properties.
- Deal directly with tenants on building issues or issues within their leased space(s).
- Communicate issues with their respective manager.
- Follow direction from manager on daily tasks and initiatives.
- Maintain general maintenance and orderliness of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.
- Maintain inventory/organization of commonly used parts and equipment.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for tenant needs and emergencies, including after‑hour calls.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and management.
- Hold and maintain a relevant certification or license in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields.
- U.S. work authorization (required).
- Preferred:
Degree from a two‑ or four‑year college or university. - Preferred:
Experience with Yardi or equivalent software.
