Provides ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance, building and grounds maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance problems and various related tasks as assigned;
Performs tasks independently with occasional assistance of outside vendor;
Responds to maintenance emergencies that may arise outside of regular working hours;
Adheres to safety procedures including infection control measures where applicable;
Maintains a positive, courteous, and respectful attitude toward residents, families, staff, and visitors
