Facilities Custodian

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Custodian to join their team. As a Facilities Custodian, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm
-11:30pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces

+ Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas

+ Monitor building condition and report maintenance issues or safety hazards

+ Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, or basic troubleshooting

+ Maintain floors through waxing, buffing, or carpet cleaning as required

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

+ Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus

+ Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

+ Strong attention to safety procedures and standards
